welcome

an inauspicious, but appropriate beginning, typed in between checkouts at the library i work at, my blog begins. shall i muse on the mysterious blogging future that lies before me? no, i don't have time for that because, at any moment, a patron will be coming along to shatter my thoughts in order to check out season two of Hee Haw. do i fault them? well, sure, but they're so loveable for the most part i can't get too serious about it. wait, sometimes they're loveable, sometimes smelly, sometimes funny, sometimes broken but struggling along. each new person is an exciting mystery bag choice. unless i am trying to do something important like, write my new blog, in which case they are very, very irritating.

Post a Comment

If you were wondering, yes, you should comment. Not only does it remind me that I must write in intelligible English because someone is actually reading what I write, but it is also a pleasure for me since I am interested in anything you have to say.

I respond to pretty much every comment. It's like a free personalized blog post!

One last detail: If you are commenting on a post more than two weeks old I have to go in and approve it. It's sort of a spam protection device. Also, rarely, a comment will go to spam on its own. Give either of those a day or two and your comment will show up on the blog.
