In honor of these mash-up sorts of pictures being removed from the public part of my library for the time being, here is the second set of snapshots of notable characters from the front desk of my library.
The rule here is that these 20 or 25 more pictures are taken of or from or around the various desks of my library, mostly the front service desk. I feel that they give a strangely good flavor of desk life at my library.
Though I have another large trove of pictures taken throughout the whole of my library, this retrospective is strictly devoted to desk life, so to speak.
I think there will be one more set of these tomorrow.

One last detail: If you are commenting on a post more than two weeks old I have to go in and approve it. It's sort of a spam protection device. Also, rarely, a comment will go to spam on its own. Give either of those a day or two and your comment will show up on the blog.
