To be honest, I was tempted to just leave this picture of Wednesday, on a Wednesday, as is. But I didn't want you to think I was here shilling for the new Netflix series about Wednesday Addams.
Oh, you didn't know there was a new TV series coming out soon about Wednesday Addams?
There is, but I'm not shilling for it.
You'll never catch clerkmanifesto selling out!
Because I have integrity!
And also no offers whatsoever.
I'm not sure which of these two are more important in the equation.
Anyway, over the past few days, as I considered this post, I decided it might be a good place to discuss my feelings about mass market fan fiction, like, for instance, The Addams Family. But it is a big subject. It is a huge subject. It is a start of the week subject! Or it is maybe a good weekend discussion if I'm up for it, and I am full of beans, and have a computer, none of which are, alas, true.
But, it is not, in any circumstance, after all is said and done, a Wednesday sort of discussion.
And I do like to think we have established that today
is
Wednesday.

If you were wondering, yes, you should comment. Not only does it remind me that I must write in intelligible English because someone is actually reading what I write, but it is also a pleasure for me since I am interested in anything you have to say.
I respond to pretty much every comment. It's like a free personalized blog post!
One last detail: If you are commenting on a post more than two weeks old I have to go in and approve it. It's sort of a spam protection device. Also, rarely, a comment will go to spam on its own. Give either of those a day or two and your comment will show up on the blog.
