My library is all libraries

I am pretty sure that nearly every time I am shelving, and I come upon one of these glossy photography books about the most beautiful libraries in the world, I cram my camera full of pictures of them. I figure these must surely make excellent canvasses for the kinds of photo manipulations I love. And no doubt in the past I have carefully worked in snoopy to these grand libraries, or one of my library's distinctive green book cubes, or maybe even a wild animal here or there. But I have not been entirely satisfied with any of these results. It is like I was trying to find something to put into all these grand libraries that expressed to me just what I felt should be in them. What would bring these glorious libraries to life for me? Nothing was quite right.

But now I think I may have cracked it.

If you were wondering, yes, you should comment. Not only does it remind me that I must write in intelligible English because someone is actually reading what I write, but it is also a pleasure for me since I am interested in anything you have to say.

I respond to pretty much every comment. It's like a free personalized blog post!

One last detail: If you are commenting on a post more than two weeks old I have to go in and approve it. It's sort of a spam protection device. Also, rarely, a comment will go to spam on its own. Give either of those a day or two and your comment will show up on the blog.
